The December Meeting was our annual Christmas Holiday party, held at the DC Waterfront Phillips Seafood Restaurant.

We had a great time and the best turnout in years. Unlike most other years, this was a buffet style dinner, and the wider selection of food worked out very well. As in years past, Bradley Broadcast (thanks to Art and Jo Ellen Reed) paid for the drinks. Broadcast Electronics (thanks to John Bisset) paid for the third hour so we would not have to be rushed to get through parts of the program like the door prizes. John George at Dielectric coordinated sponsorship of $100 worth of Amazon.com gift certificates. ERI (through Peter Acquaviva) helped out by paying for the fruit and vegetable platters and some door prize money. In all, the cost per person for the dinner was just over $51.00. Thanks to the help from our sponsors and some additional money from the Chapter, the cost per person was only $25.00. A number of people came away with door prizes worth more than they paid for the meal, which was a nice bonus. Thanks goes out to everyone who contributed.
